Oriol studied International Trade at ESCI-UPF in 1994.  After completing his degree, he has always been involved in international business, first as Export Area Manager for Latin America in a publishing company. After some years, he moved to the wine and food business as Export Manager, taking responsability for areas like Europe, Canada, Asia, Middle East and Africa.

In 2009, Oriol joined GISP to start the export department of the company from the scratch. Today, GISP distributes its products to more than 30 countries in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Middle East and Africa. He speaks English, French, German, Spanish, and Catalan.

Oriol is also lecturer of the International Expansion course at ESCI-UPF University. He is married and has one son.
