Anna graduated in International Trade in 1998 at ESCI-UPF in Barcelona. Then, she studied a post-graduate course in Chinese culture and language, while working in a local company helping to set up its export department. After 2 years, she and his then boyfriend Marc left to Nanjing (China) to work for a Chinese company specialised in outsourcing factories and quality inspections.
Soon after this, they created GISP to export industrial goods from China.
Even though she travelled all around China to visit factories and make sure that the selected manufacturers were apropriate to produce as per European customers’ standards, she soon had to focus on the logistics and financial areas of the company.
After more than 10 years living in China, Anna is fluent in Chinese and understands the existing cultural gaps between the East and the West.
In 2004, she made a postgraduate course at UOC in Barcelona of Finance Analysis, Taxation and Labour Law.
Anna also speaks English, French, Spanish and Catalan. Today she is married with Marc and they both have two children.
